Turning your head, you know they are doomed. The corporations, the indoctrinated, the intolerably hopeful.

However, you are hopeful. Just as hopeful as those who seek the success of money and power. You understand that all of this is fleeting. You can see that what really persists is the erosion of rocks against an ancient riverbed and the howl of the wind across a canyon as you ride your bike alongside its cliffs. Do not worry about the fate of the doomed. They most assuredly dont worry about you.
